I am also honored to have one of my cherished Christmas memories published in their latest Christmas release for 2011, "Quick & Easy Christmas." And, my recipe for Hearty Healthy Minestrone is being published in an upcoming cookbook titled "Rush-Hour Recipes" scheduled for release in 2012!
