~ Enjoying my morning coffee in my favorite mug while checking out a recipe I tried today ~
I love these Sundays. The kind where we have nowhere to be but here in our home with each other. Sure there is lots to do around the house ... when you work all week Sunday is very rarely a day of rest. But I don't even mind. I love our home. I love these Sundays in our home, Kevin and I working together to get done what needs to get done, and Bailey entertaining us. We have done laundry, cleaned bathrooms, vacuumed, and I did try that new recipe, which we enjoyed for lunch. It is called Pasta With Escarole and it is in the latest issue of Food Network Magazine . We really enjoyed it and there is plenty left over for lunches tomorrow.
Another reason I love Sundays like these is because we can rest up from fun Saturday nights! Last night Kevin and I joined our friends Joe, Christa , and Kevin at a favorite local Tex-Mex joint for dinner, drinks, and great conversation. Here are a few pictures:
