Sometimes, Kristen, when things take longer than you thought they would, it's just a gentle reminder from your greater self (me), that you have more time than you thought, and that there's a journey to enjoy.

Sandy said...: Sometimes I forget to breathe, and I mean that literally. I find myself holding my breath in tough situations. This morning when I got up I went OUT with the dogs onto the deck rather than just opening and closing the door. I stood there, did a big stretch and took a BIG breath. It felt so good.
