Shout-outs...favorite blogs!!!

I have wanted to do a post like this for a while now. I was inspired by my friend Cheryl from Take a Second Glantz to pay it forward as she has been so kind as to highlight my blog on her blog several times. I am not as organized as Cheryl is to pick out specific posts but I wanted to give a shout out to a few of the people who's blogs I really enjoy reading each day, and it is my hope that you will pay them a visit and hopefully enjoy their blogs as much as I do! I enjoy each one for different reasons, but the one thing they all have in common is I feel like they are not just bloggers on a screen. I feel like they are my friends! And I am so very thankful to have "met" each and every one of them!

First, of course, is Cheryl ! Cheryl is witty and funny and very creative!!! And she quotes "Friends!" For those of you that don't know, that makes a person VERY cool!!!

My close friend Christa from The Life & Times of the Weltz Clan is just one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. I know firsthand because we have been fortunate enough to become close friend "in real life!"

My friend Jodi from Moody Blue  is warm and funny and just all-around wonderful! She writes with such heart and passion about her family, her sweet kitty, her schooling, her friends, and ELVIS!!!

My friend Carma from Carma Sez is one of the coolest Moms out there! Dude, she is a belly dancer! And she is a juggler! And she is hysterical and intelligent and everything she posts really makes you think!

My friend Sandy from Its A Jungle Out There and my friend Pam from Pam's Perspective are a mom and daughter of the heart (technically, Sandy is Pam's step-mom). Both women write blogs that are thought-provoking, intelligent, often times funny, always something you will learn from. And together they formed Words of Wisdom , so of course, they, ya know, ROCK!!!

My friend Alicia from New England Girl is my New England soul sista from the other side of the state! Even though she is, like, a gazillion years younger than me and skinny and pretty I would swear we were twins with how alike we think!

My friend Nikki from Aunt of 14 is one of the funniest, kindest, people I have met in blogland. This girl is just all heart! It is also because of her that Christa and I are friends! Now we just need to get her out here to visit us!!!

My friend Melissa from Melissa's Heart & Home warmly welcomes you in to her GORGEOUS home! I am talking magazine gorgeous!!! This girl's got skillz! And when you read her words it is like a warm hug!

My friend Leann from The Old Parsonage is another creative soul. I find so much inspiration in everything she does!

My friend Elle at A for Effort, B for Blog is one of my newer blog finds and I am still getting to know her. What I do know is this: she is inspiring, she is intelligent, she is funny, she is kind!

My friend Ashley at Adventures in Vineyardland is another of my newer blog finds. She and her gentleman farmer hubby are newlywed and embarking on the adventure of starting their own vineyard. Is that like the coolest, or what?!

My friend Bibi at From Misery to Happiness is a favorite! She writes with heart and humor and doesn't hold back! I love that!

And representing for the guys, my friend Jesse at Not Worth Mentioning . Dude. Cracks. Me. Up!!! Seriously, he can come up with the most random shizz you never knew you wanted to know. I will give you fair warning: ANYTHING goes on his blog so read if you have an open mind and twisted sense of humor. You will not be sorry!

Whew! This post has gotten pretty long and there are still a lot more I would love to mention. I guess I will have to a part 2 sometime!

Hey, girlie! Thanks so much for the shout out for Pam, me and WOW! I haven't been around much lately because of a million other things (and being sick....grrrr, thought I had pneumonia, I don't) and I just thought I'd check a few friends today. And there we were! Have a great weekend and thanks again.

I love being "shouted out"! Thank you, Kristen! :)

BTW, I have a picture of you and Christa in a frame specially made by Christa's Mom. I'm deciding whether to put it up at home or here at work. Good picture!

I love when bloggers give others a shout out because it introduces me to new blogs! :-) I was thinking of doing something like this myself!

I need to learn to slow down before I hit the "Publish Comment" button, because I totally forgot to say that I'm eager to check out the bloggers you've mentioned above. I haven't heard of many of them, and I'm always excited to find new blogs to read. Thanks!!

You are one of the most thoughtful and caring people I know. Leave it to you to shout out to all those bloggers...they are special, and so are you to take time and make note of them. Also, I can always count on you for some words of support and concern when I am having a bad day. Thank you Kristen, for being the kind of person, we should all strive to be. Hugs, Kathleen

You just seriously brightened my morning SO much. You're definitely my New England soul sista and we COULD be twins... I've never met someone who has so many of the same interests! You just need me how to do your fabulous crafts and scrapbooks and we'll be even more alike. :) As I've said many times, I have LOVED getting to know you so far! I'm so bad at keeping up with my blog, but I always read your posts, even if I am a lurker. :) Your wit and positive outlook are unmatched and I love your enthusiasm and optimism for everything. And my dear friend, you ARE gorgeous and are so not a gazillion years older. You're my bloggy twin. :)
I can't wait to move to NH [hopefully] so we're closer! Then I'm totally crashing your girlie get togethers with Christa! :)
