Christmas Photo Shoot

We don't have kids. Bailey is our kid. Our furry, lovable, sweet, loves freely and unconditionally kid! So, of course, he is one of my most frequent photo subjects...and scrapbooking subjects...and conversation subjects...you get the idea. I love Christmas cards with photos, so ever since Bailey came in to our lives four years ago his adorable little face has greeted our family and friends every December. 

Do you have any idea what it is like to get a young Beagle to pose for a Christmas photo? Yeah...let's just say you need to set aside a good chunk of time to get a shot that is just right. Thank God for digital photography!!! The above picture is just one of, oh, I don't know, maybe 45 pictures that I took while Kevin stood behind me dangling a treat near the camera lens so Bailey would "pose." Now you know why he is so intently staring at the camera!
