Wishing You All Things Merry & Bright...

It's Christmas Eve!!! In some ways I love this day even more than Christmas. I love the anticipation, the preparation, the feeling of it all.

I have been out of the house since 6:00AM and now I am just relaxing a bit before I start dinner. I have been to the grocery store, CVS, the orchard, and even the papercrafting store (my Mom dragged me...I was kicking and screaming, really...). I have wrapped gifts and stuffed stockings and thought about baking (haven't done that yet...I may not). I have journaled and scrapbooked and sang Christmas carols horribly off-key! ;-) I have snuggled with Bailey and sat and stared out the window at the snow. I have procrastinated...because I just wouldn't be me if I didn't! And now here I am, with a wish for all of you, my lovelies, my blog friends, all wonderful, that everything is merry and bright in your world tonight!!!

{Wouldn't this just be THE cutest place to be on Christmas Eve?!?}

And don't forget to track Santa's journey around the globe!!!

This sentiment was in one of the cards we received this year and I wanted to share:

~* Seasons of white, cold the night,
stars shine bright, all is right. *~

Merry Christmas Eve!!!

You make it sound so wonderful and I know it really is! We were busy traveling but that is what Christmas Eve is to me... the anticipation of seeing my relatives and the trip to get there... getting closer and closer!

Oh, I want to live there, too? Maybe there's another cute house nearby!
