Fall 2009 Journal - Revisited

I was so bummed to realize that I never did a post last year showing my 2009 journal all filled up. I was looking for it when I did the post about starting this year's journal and all I could find was the post when I made the book before the start of the season. So, as promised, here is last year's book, all filled up! There are a lot of pictures so I am just going to post them without any commentary. They pretty much explain themselves! ;-)

I know I said there would be no commentary but I just had to comment here...see the leaves in the above picture? Every year I like to include some leaves in my book. It is hard to find a way to include them so I usually stick them in a ziploc bag and attach that to a page and call it a day. Last year I tried something new and I will do this from now on. I laminated the leaves! Yup! Just ran the leaves as is right thru my Xyron machine!

I love this idea and I remember you talking about it last year. It's on my to-do list, but I'm not sure I'll get around to it.

Love how yours turned out!

Very, VERY cool! I have a few questions....
How many pages do you put into your fall books? You cover 3 months right?
Do you just use card stock for your pages? My friend Rita was talking about making one for her grandson, Dom. I love yours so I could tell her how you do it.

you've got such a talent! Very creative - your highlights look great - as well as the ear bling! and I like that picture of your dad :-)

How do you find the time to do all this? you put so much thought into it.

Did you find that when you laminated the leaves that the color stayed true months later?
