My eye...

It may be a few days longer before I get to posting regularly again. I am having some issues with my eyesight right now. I went for my regular appointment at MEEI today and I need to have a minor procedure done in my right eye (the eye I had the corneal transplant in four years ago). It seems my astigmatism is getting worse and it is really affecting my vision. And I needed to have a suture removed from my cornea today and my eye is usually a bit sore for a few days after having that done. I will have the procedure done in a few weeks. I am fine, though...just a minor bump in the road. As I mentioned on here before I have THE best cornea surgeon (Dr. Pineda) around so I know I am in THE best hands!!!

"See" you all soon!!! ;-)

Oh no!! My poor friend! I will be praying for you! Almost three years ago, I had to have cataract surgery in both eyes. I know I'm so young for it, but with the prednisone (steroid) I took for my asthma when I was younger, it affected my eyes. Plus, last year I had to have YAG surgery in both eyes to remove the "secondary membrane" that grew over it. Having eye issues is so scary! I'm glad that you are OK! You will be in my thoughts and prayers!
