Fall journal share.....

I have been cruising right along these last couple of months filling up my fall journal that I put together in August. I am loving it so far! It is getting really thick. I thought I would share the pages that are done so far. WARNING: this will be a VERY picture-heavy post!!!

Opening page

These next few pages are just general stuff that I record in my book each year. I put these in ahead of any of the month dividers.

There are still a few pages here and there with a little post-it reminder of which picture I want to put there....because....I tend to procrastinate on printing pictures....

Opening page of the September section.

I always have a page for Jonathan's first day of school!

And of course the ever important first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season!

I always put at least one leaf in my book...

I will makes pages out of anything...

...this was an envelope from a greeting card! I love that I can hide the pictures of that furry little bastard!

Opening page of the October section

I like to hang on to ephemera that I can add to my book. This was the program they handed out as we walked in to the craft fair at the barn.

I usually try not to do multiple pages for one event or outing but some things like our trip to NH or the Cool Crops weekend just needs more than one page!

Opening page to the Halloween section

I haven't printed out the pics of little Jonathan and Bailey in their costumes yet...

And this last pic is the opening page of the November section, which is where I am right now! Since the month is young I don't have any pages filled in yet, but I do have space set aside for pics of the first time I saw the Salvation Army Bell Ringers and the first latte in the Starbucks red cup!!!

Thanks for checking out my fall journal! I would love to hear what you think! And I would also love to hear about how you save your memories of this most wonderful time of year!!!

EDITED: August 14, 2011

A few weeks back when I searched for this post to send the link to a friend I realized I never posted the entire completed book. I couldn't have that! So I photographed the remaining pages and now here they are! I am far too unambitious to fit them in to their proper place in the above post, but I tried to post them here in more or less the order they would appear in the book! ;-)
