Yes I know asking a question like that makes me sound...more crazy than usual, but is it? Because I think I am addicted to mine. I have had a cell phone since somewhere around 1996 or so, when the battery alone was bigger than the entire phone now. You actually had to pull up the antenna to get reception. Totally weighed down your purse when you dropped it in. You know, back in the day when a cell phone was just that...a phone. Nothing more. So why almost 15 years later am I now addicted to my phone?!
We recently got rid of our Blackberries and got the Droid Incredible.
Holy smartphone, Batman! Love. This. Thing. I seriously can't put it down. I play with it constantly. It does the coolest things. I can take pics with it that rival the quality of my very expensive model point & shoot. I can get on the internet within seconds. There are over 10,000 or so apps available for it...many free. Totally 100% touch-screen. It does everything an iPhone does without having to switch over to crappy AT&T. And Lord knows I love me some Apple products but I have never had an iPhone because I loathe AT&T. Dilemma solved with the Droid. I get everything the iPhone has PLUS good service!
But I guess in the end the reason I am most addicted to my phone is it keeps me in touch with the people I care about the most and that is huge to me, now moreso than ever!

Yup!! I love my Droid Incredible too! I am constantly playing with it and having fun with the apps. And it does help to keep in contact as you said:)
this is exactly why I can't allow myself to get a smart phone. I know that I will be addicted in no time. Now that my phone plan is up I'm thinking of getting one of those Net 10 prepaid phones like I got my son. I need to avoid all smart phone temptation.
P.S. I just wanted to say how young you look in these recent photos! :-)
It's hard to imagine what we did before them, isn't it?
