66 years of greatness!!!

~* My handsome Dad, 7.10.09 *~

Today is my Dad's 66th birthday!!!  And for 38 of those 66 years I have had the privilege of being his daughter! I couldn't have asked for a better father, and I am not ashamed to say I am most definitely a Daddy's Girl!!! Honestly, I am so blessed with the parents I have. Both my Mom and Dad are, next to my husband, my very best friends.

My Dad is always there for me. Always. And he is so much fun. He is just a big goofball! People love him. He has an infectious laugh and a kind smile. He has a big booming voice (we Greeks tend to be pretty loud...) and an even bigger personality. And nothing....nothing!!!...comes before his family! He is a loving husband to my Mom, a caring Dad to my brother and me, a wonderful father-in-law to my husband and my brother's wife, and THE best Papou a little boy (my nephew) could ever have! He is even proud of his grand-doggies (my Bailey and my brother's dog Kya)! And, hello!!! No way does he look 66!!! (Lord, please let me be as blessed in that department as my parents are! lol)

~* Father's Day 2009 *~

Happy Birthday Daddy!!!
I am so proud to be your daughter and I love you more than I could ever say!!!

******************************
My brother and his family are away this weekend and my parents are enjoying a night on the town tonight, so we will celebrate as a family one night this week. So more pics to come!
